Communal started out as Communal Cowboy–one of Texas' first cannabis brands founded in 2019. 'Communal' represented our love for creating with friends, while the 'Cowboy' represented the industry that was (and still is) the wild west. As our passion for cannabis faded, we found that our love for creating was still as strong as ever.
We retired the cannabis arm of the business in 2023, putting full focus into leveraging many years of headwear manufacturing to continue to make the highest quality caps we can. We'll never stop iterating and making them better.
We aim to make timeless pieces, tapping into American iconography, vintage silhouettes, and nostalgic references. Headwear that makes you feel confident when you walk out the door. Whether you're rocking jeans and a white tee, or your Sunday's best, Communal headwear should complete the fit.
