Communal started in 2020 and has spent the years since figuring out exactly what it is: a headwear company focused on American iconography. Based in Austin, TX, we design across both B2C and B2B, building headwear that feels lived in and referential rather than trend chasing, even when we're early to a trend.
We sit at the intersection of heritage Americana and modern streetwear, closer to a design studio mining archives than a novelty hat brand chasing a moment.
All of our hats come with a limited lifetime warranty, because we stand by what we build and who we build it for.
